Do you think the director just decided to forward the flowers? I am sure he must have called a Monday meeting to counter this. A suggestion during the meeting must have been to forward the flowers to the veterans.

Let me guess something .. you are from CTS ... :-)
Your rocket science of 'report' to employer manager can be easily busted just by producing couple of emails from client managers assigning work to these L1 babies... true these companies would have a so called psuedo manager in their client locations just to fool USCIS BUT unfortunately ICE investigators are trained and informed about such fraudulant arrangements. Once we produce couple of emails (hope atleast few of us would be copied in those work assignment / weekly status emails) proving the direct work assignment from client these phony arrangements doesn't hold good. Second if we could prove that these so called managers doesn't even belong to our team (look for org charts/team list/email lists where these phony managers name would never be mentioned) just produce those evidence along with the above mentioned work assignments.. ICE investigators would take care of our 'rocket scientists'.

It call for filling status info for ALL NON NATIVE BORN US CITIZENS
It provides 4 options ( abcd) & none of the option is applicable for 485 filers as in each case it either asks for derived citizenship or admitted permanent residents .
I hope ther is some other form

Overcome your fears, If you don't ask answer is no. No one before July 2007 thought that dates will become current for all categories but it did happened.
To me it seems a genuine demand, We need to bring this arguement/demand forward in very rational way keeping emotions aside.
Remember, This is in addition to whatever we are doing to expedite the GC.

We know the facts that USCIS didn't follow the FIFO. There is no point in speculation when we don't know what USCIS did or why they are not following the FIFO? Hope today we can get some light, if uscis rep wish to choose so. :)

Perhaps they are going to repleat what they said on this on Oct 5 (i.e. mention nothing about applications not in the system, other than just to wait). What if USCIS guys mixed up "done" and "yet to be done" boxes. You will perhaps never find un-entered filings, unless someone checks manually each and every filing in each and every box.

House Majority leader Tom Delay has resigned and will not seek the Majority post until next year. See here:

And no, there is no mention of legal immigration facing backlogs in this bill either. Just enforcement to crackdown on illegal immigration. Voting "Yes" by any congressman on HR 4437 should not be construed as either supporting or opposing the legal immigration and/or retrogression relief.
There are 3 house members likely to seek the position and replace Tom Delay:
1. Roy Blunt (Missouri's 7th District). http://www.blunt.house.gov/
Roy Blunt has gotten poor grades from Anti-immigration orgs. However he voted to support HR 4437 that deals will illegal immigration. His views on legal immigration are unpredictable at best.
2. John Boehner (Ohio's 8th District). http://johnboehner.house.gov/
John Boehner has scored poor grades like Roy Blunt on immigration issues from Anti-immigration sites. However he too has voted to support HR 4437. His views on legal kind of immigration are again unknown at best.
3. Jeff Flake (Arizona's 6th District). http://www.house.gov/flake/
This is interesting. Jeff Flake is considered against immigration by Anti-immigration orgs. He got 100% marks by their grading system (God only knows how that grading system works on numbersusa.com, but whatever). He also voted to support HR 4437.
However he has co-sponsored a bill along with Ted Kennedy, Joe Lieberman, Sam Brownback, Jim Kolbe etc that deals comprehensively with immigration problem in this country, both the legal and the illegal variety. See that here: http://kennedy.senate.gov/~kennedy/statements/05/05/2005512A04.html

There are many cases at Vermont, California service centers which were never transferred to Texas. Would it not be appropriate to include these service centers in this campaign?
